What I make

Three tiers. One monthly fee. No setup cost.

All three tiers cover the whole setup. The difference is how much of the ongoing content and strategy work I take on, and how direct the line between us is.

One-off packages

When you want to make a real impression.

Alongside any monthly tier, or as a standalone. I script and direct. A partner videographer or photographer does the shoot. Everything produced is yours.

Brand Story Video

£499–799

A proper short film about your work — not a boring testimonial, not a corporate video. I interview you, script a 3–5 minute flagship piece for your homepage, and produce 5–10 short clips for social. One shoot day, five to seven day turnaround. You'd struggle to do this yourself without it transforming how people feel about your business.

Photography Day

£399–699

Partner photographer, my brief. 20–50 edited images of your actual work, space, and hands — not stock photos of strangers. Delivered within a week.

Combined Shoot Day

£799–1,199

Video and stills on the same day. Most economical if you want both. One shoot, two deliverables, consistent aesthetic.

Launch Story Pack

£999–1,499

For new businesses: brand identity + Brand Story Video bundled with Launchpad onboarding. The full "looks-like-it-costs-ten-times-this" set. Available at onboarding only.

Annual Refresh

£299–499

For existing clients: yearly content sweep, brand polish, fresh round of social clips. Keeps your presence current without starting from scratch.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I own everything?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. Your online home, brand, content, client enquiries, and email are all yours. If you ever leave Mark's Workshop, you take everything with you. I'm the manager, not the landlord.

What do I bring myself?

Your business name, a rough idea of what you do, and whatever existing photos or writing you already have. I handle the rest — I'll ask questions to fill in the gaps.

Can I cancel?

For the first year, this is a monthly commitment — it takes me real work to get you set up properly and I invest in that upfront. After year one, you can cancel with three months' notice. If you want genuinely month-to-month from day one, I can do that with a one-off setup fee.

Is there a refund if I'm not happy?

If your online home isn't live within 30 days through any fault of mine, you're due a full refund. After that, we work through issues together — that's what the "looking after it" part is for.

How quickly can we start?

Most clients are live within two weeks of signing up. I'll send a short questionnaire, review your answers, and have a draft ready within five to seven working days. You review, I refine, we launch.

What if I already have a domain, email, or existing pages?

We migrate them in. If you're already on a professional email provider, I take over the admin. If you have an existing setup that's working, I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping or replacing.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes — I work with clients in Australia, the US, and elsewhere. I default to UK data protection rules (the strictest baseline) and flag anything jurisdiction-specific that needs adjusting.
